"Staying healthy and leading healthy Mission agencies In pandemic times" ALMA webinar series
WEBINAR #2
Emotional and Relational Health for Mission Leaders
The Coronavirus pandemic continues to dominate the media with reports of death tolls rising. As some states begin to open up a bit more, fear of what may happen is ever present. Some are frustrated with the constraints of safety measures, while others are frustrated with those who choose not to adhere to these recommendations.
Many are struggling to deal with the stress and pressure of a Covid-ridden world. This stress can impact our personal health, our ability to control our emotions and our ability to connect with or relate to others.
How do leaders keep their cool and lead like Christ at work and in their homes? What does one do when they have reached their breaking point? When we are on the brink, how do we straddle the line between honesty and putting on a brave face for the sake of the ministry? How do we manage others who are struggling under the pressure?
This webinar was held on Thursday, July 9, at 1:00 PM Central Time.
